Mindfulness and meditation are more than buzzwords. They’re research-backed practices that help regulate stress, build emotional resilience, and support your physical and mental well-being.
But getting started (or staying consistent) can feel challenging.
This class is your invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn effective tools you can use in your everyday life.
Each 75-minute session includes:
Guided meditation
Foundational mindfulness practices
Space for reflection and real conversation & connection in a supportive, small-group setting
Whether you're new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll leave each week feeling grounded, more present, and better equipped to meet life as it comes.
