We’re Hiring: Physical Therapist
Restore Physical Therapy is a low-volume, out-of-network practice focused on one-on-one care for active adults and athletes. We believe physical therapy should go beyond symptom management to help people move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love without relying on pain medication, injections, or surgery.
We are looking for a physical therapist who values connection, individualized care, movement-based treatment, and a whole-person approach to health.
What Makes Restore Different
One-on-one patient care only, no double-booking
60-minute evaluations and extended treatment sessions
Low daily patient volume focused on quality over quantity
Collaborative, supportive work environment
Freedom to treat creatively and individually
Between-session digital support to improve continuity of care and patient outcomes
Integrated access to Olympia Fitness & Performance, allowing patients to transition seamlessly between rehab, strength training, and long-term wellness
Focus on active adults, athletes, and long-term health-focused care
Our care model integrates movement, strength training, mobility, nervous system regulation, and lifestyle education to support long-term health and resilience
What You’ll Do
Perform comprehensive evaluations that look beyond pain and diagnosis
Create individualized treatment plans based on movement, function, and patient goals
Guide patients through movement, strength training, mobility, and lifestyle-based recovery strategies
Build meaningful relationships with patients through consistent one-on-one care
Collaborate within a supportive, values-driven, growth-oriented practice
Continue developing professionally and personally as a clinician
Who You Are
Licensed Physical Therapist (Rhode Island or eligible)
Minimum 3 years clinical experience preferred

Passionate about individualized, movement-based care
Strong communicator who values patient education and autonomy
Curious, growth-minded, and committed to lifelong learning
Interested in helping patients heal in a deeper, more sustainable way
Aligned with a proactive, health-focused model rather than high-volume insurance-based care
Compensation & Benefits
Expected starting compensation range: approximately $80,000–$105,000 annually depending on experience, caseload, and role responsibilities.
Opportunities for performance bonuses, workshop revenue participation, and future leadership/profit-sharing opportunities as the company grows.
Flexible schedule: 25-30 patients per week, choice of four or five-day work week including at least two evenings. No weekends.
3 weeks of PTO and 9 holidays
Health insurance stipend
Continuing education allowance
Retirement benefits: simple IRA and match
Professional growth & learning opportunities
Supportive, autonomy-focused clinic culture
